• Our prices are valid from a stay of 3 nights – short stay surcharge 20% on the respective daily price (for adults only)
• The prices include a healthy breakfast as well as all Berg-Leben included services - excl. local tax of € 2,50 per person and day.
• Single room surcharge € 50 per day
• Pets € 25 per day without food
• Deposit = 40 % of the stay

The room will be at your disposal from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and will be available to you until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Are you arriving after 21.00? Please let us know as soon as possible.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire reservation time will be charged.

Cancellation policy.If you are unable to take your well-deserved break in mountain life for any reason, you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

After that, 50% of the booking price will be charged; if you cancel within the last week or do not show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation of trip.To make sure you are completely safe, we recommend travel cancellation insurance from the European Travel Cancellation Insurance.
